4 large Eggs
1 Flour
4 tbsp Flour
1 Oil For Frying
1 Sauce *
1 small Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1 tsp Oil
1 cup Tomatoes, Whole
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 Salt, To Taste
1 Pepper, To Taste
1 Oregano, To Taste
Instructions:
* This is enough sauce for six to eight chiles.
