Ingredients:
12 oz Cottage cheese, low fat creamy
2 can Kidney beans, drained (about 1 lb each)
1 package Chili seasoning mix or to taste
Dippers: raw vegetables or tortilla chips
Instructions:
Process cottage cheese, beans and seasoning mix in blender or
food processor until fairly smooth. Serve with dippers.
