Ingredients:
1 cup (4-oz) shredded monterey
Jack cheese
1/4 cup Salad dressing/mayonnaise
2 tbsp Chopped carrot
1 tbsp Chopped green onion
1 tbsp Chopped red pepper
6 Pre sliced frozen plain
Toasted mini-bagels
Instructions:
Combine all ingredinets except mini-bagels; mix well. Spread on
mini-bagels; broil until cheese is melted.
