Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
3/4 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup Chopped pitted dates
1 tsp Vanilla extract
5 Ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in blender, and process until dates are
finely chopped. With blender on, add ice cubes,1 at a time, and
process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup). - - - - -
