Ingredients:
1 cup Ground Tumeric
1 1/3 cup Coriander Seeds
1 cup Cumin Seeds
2 oz Dried Root Ginger
2 Peppercorns
1 oz Cardamom Pods
1/4 cup Fennel Seeds
1/4 cup Dried Red Chilis
1/4 cup Blades Of Mace
1 1/2 tbsp Whole Cloves
2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
Instructions:
Store in an airtight jar after blending well.

NOTE: A more robust basic blend.
