Ingredients:
1 cup Pitted dates
1/2 cup Dried appricots
1/3 cup Walnuts
1/3 cup Almonds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/3 cup Orange juice
2 tbsp Red kosher wine
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a processor. Process until finely
chopped. Pat into a serving container, then cover til needed.
