Instructions:
2 c potatoes -- sliced
2 c ground beef, extra lean
1 c green pepper
1 c onions -- sliced
2 c tomatoes -- cooked
: salt and pepper
: green pepper -- sliced

Layer potatoes, beef, onions, and tomatoes in a 2 quart casserole.
Season each layer with salt and peppr to taste. Garnish with sliced
green peppers, cover and bake for 2 hours at 350.
