Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Converted
Rice
1/2 cup Water
1 can Onion Soup
1 tsp Curry Powder
10 oz Can Water Chestnuts
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 lb Margarine
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Combine Ingredients in casserole dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hr or until all liquid is
absorbed. Stir and serve. WALT This is really good. It was my
Grandmother's recipe and she was a terrific cook.
