Ingredients:
1 cup Cream
8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate, chop
4 tbsp Butter, softened
Instructions:
Bring cream to a boil. Transfer to medium bowl and immediately add
choc. l smooth. Let cool slightly. Whisk in butter by teaspoonfuls.
