Ingredients:
4 tbsp Melted butter
2 cup Mashed potatoes
2 Egg yolks
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 Garlic clove, crushed
Instructions:
Melt butter in saucepan and mix potatoes, egg yolks and butter
together. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Place spoonfuls of
the potato mixture on greased serving dish and place under preheated
broiler for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
