Ingredients:
15 oz EDEN Crushed Tomatoes
14 1/2 oz EDEN Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Onion, minced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Red pepper, diced
2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded - and cut in chunks
1 bunch Green onions, thinly sliced
2 Cloves garlic - peeled and pressed
3 tbsp EDEN Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp EDEN Shoyu
1 tsp Cumin
3 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Lime juice
2 tsp Basil
2 tsp Dill
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Great with cornbread!
