4 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
4 tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger
4 tbsp Minced Scallion
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Dark Chinese rice Vinegar, Lt. rice vinegar or Cider vinegar
1/2 cup Homemade or low salt canned chicken stock
2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions:
Mix well. Serve with steamed dumplings.
