Ingredients:
2 each Garlic, fresh, chopped clov
1 tsp Ginger, fresh grated
1 each Onion , halved and cut in s
3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Rosemary
Instructions:
put in dish just big enough to hold the meat. Add a dry red wine
