Ingredients:

MMMMMFROM ESTELLA DOLL (NXXS13B

1/2 tsp Ginger, finely grated
8 oz Soft tofu
1 tsp Sea salt (coarse salt)
1/4 cup -Water
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Brown rice vinegar
Instructions:
Grate the ginger very fine. Combine all in a blender and puree until
creamy.
