Ingredients:
3 lb Potatoes
1 cup Vinegar
1 Egg yolk
5 Cloves garlic
2 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Salt
1 cup Cooking water from potatoes
Instructions:
Boil potaotes and mash and cool. Add minced garlic, oil, vinegar,
salt. Blend in egg yolk. Add hot cooking water from potatoes and mix
well.
