Ingredients:
2 each Avocados, mashed
2 package Taco Seasonings (Ortega)
3 each Chopped Tomatoes
1 each Bunch chopped scallions
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Mayonaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 can Sliced Black Olives
Instructions:
Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avacados with 1 TBS lemon juice
and 1 TBS mayonaise. Mix Taxo mix with sour cream and 1 C.
mayonaise. Mix cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in
layers, starting at bottom of dish. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved.
Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate.
