Ingredients:
1 each RIPE AVOCADO (PEELED AND SEE
1 each MEDIUM ONION (FINELY CHOPPED
1 cup MAYONNAISE
1/4 tsp THYME
1/4 tsp BASIL
1/4 tsp ROSEMARY
1/4 tsp SAGE
1/4 tsp MARJORAM
8 oz SOUR CREAM
1 lb CRACKERS OR CHIPS
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mash avocado. Add onion,
mayonnaise, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage,
marjoram, and sour cream. Mix well. serve with
crackers or chips.
Yields 2 cups.
