Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Almonds-whole -- blanched
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar -- sifted
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg white
Instructions:
Grind almonds, a portion at a time, in electric blender or food
chopper using fine blade. Combine with remaining ingredients and
work to a stiff paste. Store in airtight container of disposable
plastic bag. This makes 13 ounces.
