1 1/4 cup Water
2 1/4 cup Bread flour
3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp Dry milk
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Applesauce
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Granola
1/3 cup Chopped walnuts (0ptional)
3 tsp Yeast or
2 tsp Fast acting yeast
