Ingredients:
1 Drained rinsed can garbanzo
Beans
3 5 cloves of garlic depending
On how you feel
1/4 To 1/2 cup onion or green or
Red pepper
each Juice from a whole lemon or
Lime
1 Dribble of sesame oil (leave
Out/in at your own risk!!)
each Fresh cilantro to taste
each Another twist = fresh ground
Cumin
Instructions:
place the above in a food processor and blend until nearly smooth

spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better = place slices of
fresh tomatoes in pitas and fresh ground pepper along with spread of
hummus
