Ingredients:
1 POUND LOAF
2/3 cup Water
1 2/3 cup Bread Flour
1/3 cup Whole-Wheat Flour
4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Applesauce
1/2 tsp Crushed green peppercorns
1/2 tsp Dried sweet basil
1 pinch Garlic powder
1/4 cup Bacon (with fat)
2 tsp Yeast (active dry)
Instructions:
*** Cook bacon till crisp then crumble and add with fat before
measuring
