Ingredients:
2 1/4 lb NEW POTATOES *
1/4 cup BUTTER, MELTED
5 tbsp VEGETABLE OIL
1/2 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp DRIED THYME, WHOLE
Instructions:
* POTATOES SHOULD BE WASHED AND QUARTERED, DO NOT PEEL.

~------------- ~- ARRANGE POTATOES IN A 9 X 13 X 2 BAKING DISH.
COMBINE BUTTER AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS; POUR OVER POTATOES. TURN
POTATOES TO COAT WELL. BAKE, UNCOVERED FOR 35 MINUTES AT 350 DEG F.
OR UNTIL TENDER.
