Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 C. chopped onion
12 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
2 cans pork and beans-16 oz. each
1 can kidney beans-16 oz. rinsed, drained
1 can butter beans-16 oz. drained
1 C. ketchup
1/4 C. brown sugar packed
3 Tbls. vinegar
1 tsp. liquid smoke optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook the beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Transfer to a crock pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until heated through.
