  BAKED BEANS WITH PINEAPPLE

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 can baked beans-28 oz.
8 oz. pineapple tidbits drained
1 large onion chopped
1 large green pepper chopped
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
2 Tbls. soy sauce
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
In a skillet, brown beef. Drain. Transfer to a 5 quart crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 8 hours or until bubbly. Serve in bowls.
