Ingredients:
2 cans 14-oz. Italian-style sliced tomatoes
2 C. Beef broth or bouillon
1 Onion, sliced
1 small Red or green bell pepper, seeded, sliced
1 C. Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 pound Smoked sausage links, thinly sliced
1 tsp. Fresh oregano, chopped
1 C. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese shredded, for garnish
Instructions:
In crock pot, combine all ingredients except cheese. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Spoon into individual bowls. Top with cheese.
