Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 egg beaten
1 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. diced Cheddar cheese
2 Tbls. ketchup
2 Tbls. evaporated milk
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup (do not mix with the meat)
Instructions:
Mix ingredients, except soup, together and form into patties. Roll in flour and brown in a small amount of oil or margarine. Put in crock pot in layers with undiluted mushroom soup. Cook on high 4 hours.
