Ingredients:
8 Lean pork chops
1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbls. Oil
1 can Chicken and rice soup
Instructions:
Mix flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Dredge pork chops and brown in oil. Put in crock pot and add soup. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
