Ingredients:
2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
8 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 C. pre-cooked rice
salt & pepper to taste
8-10 cabbage leaves
Instructions:
Mix first five ingredients well. Wrap in cabbage leaves (placing leaves in hot water will make them roll better). Place in baking dish or roaster with about 1 C. water. Bake at 350º for about 1 1/2 hours.
