Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 C. oil
2 med. onions
1 C. celery
1 can chicken broth
1 C. bell pepper
3 C. cooked rice
Instructions:
Brown pork and beef with onions in oil; drain and add remaining ingredients, except rice. Cook for 45 minutes. Add rice and mix. Serves about 8.
