  SOUR CREAM TURKEY CHILI BAKE

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 C. chopped onion (optional)
16-oz. can kidney beans, drained
15-oz. can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning mix (1-1/4 oz.)
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, (1 C.) or more
3-1/2 C. corn chips
1-1/4 C. sour cream
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Then drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix, and 3/4 C. cheese. Sprinkle 2-1/2 C. corn chips in bottom of 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Cover chips with beef mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Spread sour cream over chili. Top with remaining corn chips and cheese. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes longer.
