Ingredients:
2 Tbls. oil
1/2 C. grainy mustard
2 Tbls. fresh dill
salt
pepper
3/4 C. parmesan cheese; grated
1/4 C. dry bread crumbs
12 chicken drumsticks
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 375. Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with 1 Tbls. oil. Combine the mustard, dill, salt and pepper. Combine the cheese and bread crumbs. Coat the drumsticks with the mustard mixture and then roll in the cheese mixture. Put them in the baking dish and drizzle with 1 Tbls. remaining oil. Cook the chicken in the preheated oven until golden brown, for about 40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable.
