Ingredients:
1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 C. oats, quick-cooking
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 C. applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 C. butter, melted, or oil
1 egg, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. sweetener, liquid
Instructions:
Sift together flour and spices. Stir together, oats, raisins, add oil, egg, vanilla and sweetener. Blend well and add to dry ingredients. Mix until moistened and drop by tsp. on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
