  CHOCOLATE CHIP SNACK SQUARES

Ingredients:
1/3 C. margarine, softened
2 Tbls. honey
1/3 C. skim milk
1 egg
1/3 C. unsweetened orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 C. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C. semisweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
In small mixing bowl, combine margarine, honey, milk, egg, orange juice concentrate, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into liquid ingredients. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread mixture in oiled and floured 8 by 8 by 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into pieces.
