Ingredients:
1-1/2 C. dry white wine
2 4-servings each JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
2-1/2 C. cold club soda
1 Tbls. lime juice
1 Tbls. orange liqueur (optional)
1 C. sliced strawberries
1 C. seedless red grapes
1 C. seedless green grapes
Instructions:
Bring wine to a boil in small saucepan. Completely dissolve gelatin in the boiling wine; pour into medium bowl. Stir in club soda, lime juice, and liqueur. Place bowl in a larger bowl of ice and water. Let stand about 10 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in fruit. Pour into a 6-C. mold, which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Serve with additional fruit, if desired.
