Ingredients:
1-1/2 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. low fat milk
1 egg
1 Tbls. oil
1/4 C. raisins
Instructions:
Mix together in a bowl oatmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Beat in milk, egg, oil, and raisins. Lightly oil a frying pan, and spoon batter on by Tbls., turning when the top bubbles. Serve hot.
