Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. oatmeal, dry
1/3 C. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbls. raisins
2 Tbls. peanut butter, chunky
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 banana, mashed
2 to 3 Tbls. water
Instructions:
Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 5 to 8 minutes. Do not over bake.
