Ingredients:
1-1/2 Tbls. cocoa
2 C. skim milk
1 dash salt
vanilla, to taste (optional)
1 Tbls. granulated artificial sweetener
Instructions:
Mix cocoa with 1/2 C. milk. Stir in remaining milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add salt, vanilla, and artificial sweetener.
