Ingredients:
15-1/4 oz. canned Del Monte pineapple tidbits in its own juice
1 banana, sliced
1 C. strawberries, quartered, kiwifruit, sliced or seeded, and grapes
1 C. jicama pieces, or apples
orange flavored liqueur
sprigs of fresh mint, if desired
Instructions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Moisten sliced banana with juice to prevent browning. Drain. Arrange fruit in dish and drizzle with liqueur. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint, if desired.
