  BAKED APPLE WITH RAISINS

Ingredients:
2 apples
orange juice, to coat
1 Tbls. raisins
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Peel and core the apples. Coat with the orange juice on the outer surface. Stuff with the raisins. Sprinkle on the cinnamon. Place in Pyrex baking C.. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes, or until fork pierces surface easily. Serve warm or cold.
