Ingredients:
2 C. cold skim milk
1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie
Filling
1 Tbls. Maxwell House or Yuban Instant Coffee, or Sanka Brand 97% Caffeine
Free Instant Coffee
1-1/2 C. thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix and instant coffee. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into medium serving bowl or individual dishes. Refrigerate. Just before serving, combine whipped topping and cinnamon; spread over pudding. Garnish if desired.
