Ingredients:
2 C. flour
1 C. toasted wheat germ
3/4 C. shortening
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix at low speed until well mixed. Chill dough. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in wheat germ. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
