Ingredients:
2 C. French breadcrumbs
1/2 C. parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/2 C. butter, or margarine, melted
Instructions:
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes, or until done.
