Ingredients:
2 packages unflavored gelatin
1/2 C. water
2 C. evaporated skim milk
2 medium ripe bananas
sweetener equivalent to 4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. banana extract
Instructions:
Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small saucepan, and let soften a few minutes. Heat, stirring frequently, until gelatin is completely dissolved. In a blender container, combine remaining ingredients. Add gelatin mixture. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 individual serving bowls, and chill until set.
