Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 C. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1 small green pepper, diced
1 to 2 dashes hot sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients to desired chunkiness. Chill overnight.
