Ingredients:
2-1/2 pounds lean beef, ground
1-1/2 C. prepared stuffing mix
2 C. apples, finely chopped
3 eggs (or egg substitute)
2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
1 large onion, minced
3 Tbls. prepared horseradish
1/4 C. catsup
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pack into a greased 9 x 6 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
