Ingredients:
3 medium-sized cucumbers
1 C. plain low fat yogurt
1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried mint leaves
Instructions:
Peel cucumber, cut in half, discard seeds and slice thinly. Mix remaining ingredients together. Add cucumbers and stir together.
