Ingredients:
Crust:
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 tablespoon melted margerine

Filling:
1 cup granulated sugar
24 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
Instructions:
Combine sugar and melted margerine with the graham cracker crumbs. Pat into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Next combine sugar with cream cheese, eggs vanilla and sour cream. Blend until smooth. Pour over the graham cracker crust.

Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another 30 minutes. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Eat as is or top with your favorite fruit topping.
