Ingredients:
1 each Rcp brownies from cookie mix
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 cup Peanut butter chips, reese's
1 tbsp Shortening
1 1/2 cup Crisp rice cereal
Instructions:
Recipe by: Hershey's Prepare recipe for Brownies, omitting nuts. Bake
for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle miniature
marshmallows over brownies. Return to oven. Bake 5 additional
minutes. Remove from oven. Cool in pan. Combine peanut butter chips
and shortening in the top of a double boiler over hot, NOT boiling
water. Stir until melted. Add the rice cereal; stir until thoroughly
coated. Spread over top of marshmallows. Cool until set. Cut into
squares. Yield: Makes 16
