Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup NORA MILL buckwheat flour
1 tsp Dry yeast
1 cup Buttermilk
3 tbsp NORA MILL whole wheat flour
1 cup Lukewarm water
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Dissolve dry yeast into lukewarm water. Add buttermilk, both flours,
and salt, then mix well. Let set overnight. Bake the next day on a
hot griddle.
