Ingredients:
1 lb Red chili peppers, washed & - dried
2 cup Rice vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Salt
1/3 cup Sake
1 cup Garlic cloves, peeled
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until a
thick paste is formed.

Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
